Great insurance company. When there was a problem with my black box it wasn't an issue for Carrot. The customer service colleagues are very helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant. The online chat is really good. You are kept up to date with info from Carrot with regular emails. The rewards for driving safely are good also and at the end of the year the discount is very competitive. I would recommend insuring with this company.
