I've read a few of the reviews from other Carrot customers and I was very shocked. This is my second year of driving and due to high insurance prices I had no choice but to opt for Carrot this year and I don't regret it. In fact I wish I chose them for my first year! Not had a single problem with them, brilliant customer services and no hassle with the black box installation, they came to my work and within 30 minutes it was installed. You don't any annoying emails or warnings every two minutes with some lenience. As someone who is in there second year of driving, I would definitely recommended Carrot to any new driver.
