Firstly, I am not happy with the service of carrot. I called up 4 times to ask about when I would be receiving my first quarter bonus and was told every time to wait a little longer and then to call up again if the carrot card hasn't arrived. Now it has been over a month and no one is helping me at all, all I hear is to wait so many days and then call back. This situation is really upsetting as promises are being constantly broken. Secondly, the usage of the driving score is very poor because most of the time I can't achieve 10/10 as I drive "too many short journeys" or "too many long journeys" which is just ridiculous as carrot think that it may "cause accidents".
