Customer service was helpful, when responded to, at the beginning of my policy carrot were very helpful in communicating when I asked questions via email.
However, after the first quarter I was supposed to receive £50, this was all well and good until well over a month after I was supposed to receive this money, I am currently still waiting for my first quarter payment.
