I arranged insurance for our 18 year old son, arranging cover was fairly straight forward they offered what on the face of it was one of the best quotes.
That is where the good bits end,we arranged the black box,when the guy arrived he questioned the tinted glass, but went ahead, for some reason after a month our policy was cancelled, their fault, we arranged a second policy, a new box had to be fitted, by now because of a buckled wheel we had put a new set of wheels on the car 'ALLOYS' the guy came to fit the box, the same guy, he took pictures of the wheels, the tinted glass and the sticker on the back, UP YOURS CORSA, he refused to fit the box. Carrot rang us and explained because we had enhanced the performance of the car, enhanced in what way I asked, YOU HAVE FITTED A STICKER AND ALLOYS AND HAVE TINTED GLASS, yes I asked but how has any off that enhanced the performance, IT JUST HAS THEY SAID, yOU FITTED THE BOX THE FIRST TIME WITH TINTED GLASS, WE WOULD NOT HAVE DONE THAT BECAUSE THAT WOULD ENHANCE THE PERFORMANCE. I asked again how we could possible enhance the performance by fitting wheels and a sticker and tinted glass, none of which are connected to the engine and would not enhance the performance. THEY DO THEY INSISTED. What a joke of a company and please remember every short journey you do you add penalty points, even if that journey was along journey it could be classed as short. all in all I would never recommend this company for all of the above reasons, plus the customer support is worse than BT and that is awful, so stear clear at all costs, THEY ARE A JOKE JOHN MCSHERRY
