everything from fitting the black box to actually receiving the best quote from Carrot went smoothly and was generally a positive experience. Even when I called to arrange an appointment for the black box, they were very helpful and gave a me quick date for the black box to be fitted. Cash rewards are a good bonus, though I'm still getting used to- so far its helped improved my driving overall and its been a good experience.
