It’s very simple and easy to make changes to your policy as well as setting everything up, the staff are very helpful with any enquiries you may have.
One thing you might find a little annoying is the live chat, sometimes you have to wait quite a while without leaving the page as there’s a possibility you may lose your spot or have to start again. But still very helpful
