Been with carrot for about 4 years now and have always been easy to deal with if needed.
Had to claim when someone bumped into me and carrot were so quick to help and sorted every thing from a courtesy car and everything. I didn't pay one extra penny so I cannot recommend enough they made what would have most likely been a stressful time easy.
