I'm 18, wasn't sure about how insurance worked, wasn't too fond of the idea of having a black box, but I must say, Carrot's iBox insurance is actually very good. I didn't know much about insurance and how it works and so when I had a question i'd give them a call (and always be waiting no more than 5 minutes) and my question would be answered very politely ( even though my questions were sometimes stupid, the customer service advisos were always very helpful and never condescending).
