Overall I am happy with the insurance, I haven't had to make any claims so I can't comment on customer service.
However when I had to change cars due to my first one not being safe to drive, I upgraded to a slightly newer car which is obviously a lot safer. I was disappointed that the price increased so much! Also the "Admin costs" of changing the car are way too high. £150 is a lot considering my monthly cost of the insurance increased.
