Carrot is good for it's price. For a young driver who got mugged off by other insurance providers carrot has been the best. It lets me monitor my driving quickly through an app on my iPhone and they were the cheapest I could find.
However, the waiting times to get through to their customer service team has been over 40 minutes each time. This is not great.
