Carrot organised to have a box fitted into my car and all good it was fitted but...10 days after I got a call and a letter saying carrot was going to cancel my policy due to box not being fitted! COMMUNICATION SKILLS BAD.
Also the usage on the driving score is bad even though I put down high miles. I tried calling through I was waiting on hold for 1 and a half hours then the woman cut off the phone!
