The Dashboard facility is an excellent idea for concerning parents.
But that's where it stops.
Customer Service is a shambles.
Be warned up to 1 hour waiting times.
Carefully check dashboard data.
Black Box gives incorrect data.(problems with the ignition not turning off to record correct journey time and mileage)
Had my sons Black Box checked 3 times now.
Countless times chasing different departments.
Now taking legal action for a comedy of errors over a 14 month period.
