Well I've had no problems with Carrot Insurance, I recieved my first rewards quarter on time and recieved my carrot card soon after, the only bad thing about it is I would say the Usage part of the driving score is too harsh, my driving is 10/10, smoothness is 10/10 then my usage is like 4.24/10 as I've been driving during rushhour and it affects my score quite a lot, doesn't seem very fair but other than that its great
