Carrot is a good insurer for a young driver, the rewards program is a good incentive to make drivers drive more considerate and carefully; however the black box system is a bit vague on the iOS app and can seem flawed on some occasions, the phone line isn't a 24hour service and you need to prepared to wait at least 20 minutes in order to get to customer service, the customer service is sloppy at times and in general the services carrot provide are great but some reform is needed.
