Best thing about it is it gives me up to date scores for the majority of my journey by the end of the day. However my usage score will randomly go down dispite not exceeding any limits (curfew, number of journeys, milage or time) reducing my overall score which in turn reduces my overall reward. Must be a con!!
It takes over 20 minutes to reach customer service, and that's if you get through on a day they are actully open.
Only went with this company as it was the cheapest on the market at the time.
