Carrot is good because they allow you to monitor your driving through an app, breaking down your driving into 3 different sections, although my issue with the app is that it doesn't break it down enough or tell you what it was you did badly, unless you call carrot directly. Another nifty feature of the app is that if you park somewhere and forget where you park, the app will allow you to find your car from your phone! The major issue I have with carrot is that because I work a night job it will mark your score down for driving between 11pm and 5am, so that may want to be something to consider!
