I have payed a 350 pound deposit to cover the installation of the box etc.
Yet cause i was waiting information on what i needed to do they have cancelled my insurance with out installing the box therefore i have paid out for nothing yet they are happy to take insurance from someone with a 3 year old daughter. No consideration for the customer as long as they get the commision for sittingnin there office.
Great way to make an household struggle financially with the over priced charges and unneccesary cancellation
