Every time I've tried to get hold of them, there's been at least a 20 minute wait on hold, and sometimes up to an hour.
They've promised me callbacks that never happened.
When I moved from the centre of London to the remote countryside (moving the car from roadside to a garage at the same time) they tried to tell me that the policy was increasing. After an official complaint, they decided that it could stay the same. They've similarly responded with 'Give us £250' on several other occasions.
