Absolutely awful customer service. It takes at least 20-30 mins to get through to anyone and most of the time they are useless.
With 1 month left on my policy they charged me £175 for 500 miles. Then after to talking to a different employee I found out they could have given it for free as there was only a short time left.
I recommend never going with this company.
