Threatening to cancel my policy for speeding in Northamptonshire, I have never been to Northamptonshire.
To make things worse they're doing this because I was apparently going 40mph on a 20mph road, yet the road I was apparently on is a dual carriageway?
Horrible customer service, very frustrating being on hold for 45-60minutes. Poor.
