Absolutely poor customer service. I sold my car and wanted to cancel my car insurance policy with Carrot. I called several times and was kept on hold for over 30/40 minutes each time with no answer which is unacceptable. Eventually after several calls later I managed to get through to someone after being on hold for 30 minutes, the lady said to me they were short staffed/ staff called in sick, to me it just sounded like excuses seeing as i'm not the first person to experience this poor customer service from Carrot. I gave them some advice as a customer on how they can improve their services, who knows if they will listen, all I know is that when I purchase my new vehicle I will definitely NOT use Carrot again.
