Telematics boxes don't work correctly - the one they installed in my car fried the electric circuit! Carrot refused to take responsibility. New car, new box, new box does not record speeds and journeys correctly - it says I often make 3 day straight journeys! Also, twice, they took a payment twice! Useless, takes around an hour on hold to phone them, then their customer service advisors cannot understand you, even though they're English, pathetic excuse of a company. Not to mention the extortionate fees to make changes to your policy (£120 to change address, £250 to change vehicle - even though vehicle change was due to their box f****ng my old one). AVOID. I could go on and on about this company and I've only been a customer for 3 months!
