As others problems with telemetric box inaccuracies eg recording spurious journeys, extending times making long journeys, recording seperate journeys if standing in traffic etc. All fine for the first 2 qtrs and financial rewards given but it seems as if they hav a magic switch thats flicked to avoid paying up and an excuse to activate the poor driver clause and cancel. Customer service is a joke when you eventually get through. This company preys on young drivers and doesn't assist at all avoid like the plague!
