Absolutely awful customer service. No one will answer you in less than 20 minutes, quarterly rewards will always be paid in late; if ever at all. I've been a customer for 6 months and Carrot are simply looking for your money, which we all know young people don't have much of. Stay away from this pathetic excuse for an insurance company, you'd be better to roll up your money and smoke it quite frankly.
