I have just finished a whole year with Carrot.
At the start it was an ordeal, I had to pay £117(?) JUST to change the address on my policy...
Most staff are quite pleasant to talk to, others not so much.
I was involved in a crash back in February and told Carrot what had happened first. They seemed to think that I was the main person to blame, when I wasn't.
They didn't bother to tell me that the person I had the accident with claimed whiplash? I literally found out about a week ago, so close to finishing the year?
Their calling system is hurrnedous, it takes a good hour to get through to someone and when you do the call is so crackly you can't hear what they are saying.
Overall, i believe Carrot are terrible. I've just changed to Admiral and have had a massive difference. So much calmer and easier to get in contact with and not so ridiculous!
Do not recommended Carrot to anyone.
