not happy with service. constantly
having to charge my black box every 2/3 days yet the email says it’s solar powered ? called to discuss and was told i should keep it plugged in on charge 24/7. not accepted. i’ve paid £2600 for the year and been told to keep it plugged in when clearly a fault with the box. was placed on hold and phone cut off but no call back. tried to get back through but can’t. not happy at all
