Never go with this company !! Cancelled my policy after 2 weeks, as the dvla had made an error on my license, they let me know that it’s fine as long as I email proof that it’s on the dvla’s behalf whenever I get the letter through, I did this as I got the letter and rang them, to which they told me it’s too late now and are cancelling my policy immediately and there’s no way they will renew it, apparently I had 7 days to send them an email of the letter which I was never told about, a woman on the phone admitted it was complete miscommunication on their behalf so when I asked how come it’s my insurance that’s being cancelled when it’s their mistake, to which the woman told me she isn’t going in circles with me and ended the phone. I’m now loosing out on around 300.00 out of the 3,300 I paid as they can’t give me a full refund.
