After the third appointment taking two days off work, the black box guy decided to turn up, on one of the previous appointments they tried to say they had turned up and we were not at home, fortunately I noted and logged all the stressful phone calls I had made, this confirmed he was wrong and did not turn up at all.
Also have done two identical journeys on the black box, 1st said a score of ten, second identical trip time driving and speed, score 3
