Well where do I start.... First of all I tired to get the black box fitted which was then refused as the vehicle was 'modified'. The actual modification was £20 plastic wheel trims which the engineer could have removed there and then but could not think of that as that was too difficult. This was after making 2 x 35+ min phone calls to get through to arrange an engineer. Since then I have sent many photos to Carrot showing that we have removed the wheels and replaced them with the ones that came with the vehicle to hear nothing. Again 3 phone calls to Carrrot the shortest one being 48 minutes. You just cannot get through to the company via the phone. Once the call gets answered the call takers are pleasant and helpful. Now I have just received an email to say that they want to cancel the policy even though I am waiting for the go ahead for the replaced wheel trims. Absolutely horrendous time with this company!!!
