System crashed after 6 weeks so could no longer access dashboard contacted carrot October they were looking into it as it was a problem from their end they told me, subsequently after too many emails to found & threatening to write to IT director they said would look into it asap & let me know .... u guessed it not heard outcome ( think need to send the letter now) policy taken 8/8 & not had reward money yet or know how much is due which should have been paid 8-11.
But please don't let my poor report influence your choice.
