Administration department is an absolute shambles. They tell you that everything is OK and then you start getting the 'oops' messages saying that your policy will be cancelled as you haven't supplied documents that haven't even been asked for.
Also, the phone line is abysmal - you can never get anyone to answer the phone so god help you if you need to claim. Can't wait for the policy to end so that I can move to another company.
