They're easy to contact by phone and email. The best thing about the insurance is the app telling you how you've been driving and what rewards you can receive. It keeps track on how many miles you've done which is super helpful too. My first quarter I received £60 back and it arrived so quick considering it was over the Christmas period that the first quarter ended. Very impressed.
