Carrot was very reasonable and the staff helpful, the black box is another story in it self, it isn't accurate and I think unfair for the youngster, my sons one didn't work to start with and no one notified us until I queried why I couldn't find any information from it, also he uses the car every day on a 20 min journey each way and it says for usage it isn't enough! also when I have been in the car with him he's not gone fast but it's registered he's gone over the limit when he hasn't! I agree with these but think they need to be updated like a tracker. I would definitely recommend using Carrot to other youngsters though.
