The company is well when it comes to pricing, was cheaper than anyone else and had fair conditions that needed to be met. As well as it all started out, the company does have its flaws.
I shouldn't have to wait an hour to get a hold of carrot. The guy on the other side was extremely pleasant to talk to none the less but it was the waiting time that was a real struggle against when you live a busy lifestyle.
The black box, while making it easier to see how to improve in terms of 'speed' and 'smoothness', the meter for 'usage' is an exception as it doesn't matter what time of day or if it's rush hour. That number always drags me down for something that is outwith my control.
Other that these queries, the company has been welcoming and I haven't had anymore issues with them. I just with they could review the systems that they have in place to improve their overall appeal.
