Staff at the insurance company are always really helpful, and have helped me choose the right cover. Once the policy was purchased, all the documents were emailed over straight away, and everything was explained in details. The app is really easy to use, as it allows you to find out where you're going wrong and what needs improving in your driving. In addition it keeps my parents mind at peace that I'm a safe driver.
