As a first time driver and with zero experience in purchasing cover, Carrot have been incredibly helpful in making sure everything went as smooth as possible. The app is also great, I can check it after each drive to see how well I'm doing and how much of a reward I'm on track to achieve. Overall, a great company with a clear emphasis on making the customer feel comfortable and happy!
