After reading bad reviews, i can say that i strongly disagree with those reviews because they have been brilliant! The app is fine the only issue is that the 3 things that you are getting scored on is not clearly explained unless going to the website, other than that the app is perfect. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is getting insurance for the first time! I cannot agree or disagree with the customer service reviews as i have not needed to call them but other than that i am very happy with everything! ****
