So far carrot insurance have been brilliant, the app on my phone is really good to keep an eye on my driving which I have always been on green and doing well and earning rewards which is really interesting. When I have called into speak to someone at carrot insurance you get put straight through to someone that will help with your issues and will resolve them straight away. So far it's been really good hope they keep it up as I am a happy customer at the moment. I would recommend them.
