Had received a few duplicate emails to start with and the customer service team assured me it was problems with their system but if I wouldn't have called, this would have resulted in my policy being cancelled which I think was a little unprofessional but since then all has been fine. The facebook page is my favourite way to communicate with the carrot team as replies are quick and helpful.
I got my first quarter carrot card payment last month, and although I had to wait a little longer than expected it was great to be rewarded for driving safely and encourages me to keep it up. I think the prepaid card for good drivers is an amazing way to help keep young/1st time drivers safe on the road and so far, my experience with carrot has been good. Wouldn't fault the service.
