Really easy to set up a policy, and the carrot dashboard is a really great idea to keep on top of what your driving is like. The only downfall would be when you drive after a certain time it marks you down, and when you drive over an hour with out stopping, that too marks you down. Other than that Carrot offers better prices than anywhere else, especially for new drivers.
