The black box is heavily unreliable, it marks you down on usage.
I've had to call them multiple times to change things such as duplicate drives, when customer service we're confronted they said I can make smthat same drive twice at exactly the same time.
Terrible app as well, wouldn't recommend to anyone as it's so unreliable.
