They have been very helpful and all staff on the phone have been great. There was a miss understanding at first in regards to sending off of my documents but after a phone call it was all sorted. They let you earn cash back rewards for driving which is great, I earned about £30 on my first quarterly reward such was nice. I have never had any problems within the last 6 months of being insured with them as a new driver. As well as this they haven't charged a ridiculous anounr of money for my monthly payments, works out about £1200 for the whole year which for a new driver is great! They fitted my black box in a time that suited me and a place that worked best for me. I highly recommend Carrot, great insurance, no restrictions on my policy, cash back and super helpful staff!
