I’m very confused as I have installed my black box and went on a 5 minute drive to the fuel station but for some reason it hasn’t recorded this journey or given me a score bare in mind this is my first drive since installing the box and I have no way of knowing if the box is active or not please help as I don’t want my policy to be cancelled
