Worse insurance ever do not take out insurance with them. Customer Service is Rubbish. All they do is put you on hold. I had two months left with them and they recently sent me a letter saying I was speeding and there going to cancel my insurance because of this. But the time they said I was speeding was when I was at work.
I told them I have proof I was at work and no one else drives my car. But they never listened at all spoke to three different people PAUL, SARAH, SEMESTER . I Asked to speak to a manager no one let me speak to a manager. Apperantly I had a two hour wait to talk to a manager.
I said I can send in proof a formal letter from my company to state the hours I was working SARAH said it's not good enough anyone can write a letter. I said cctv then SARAH said not good enough.I will be taking this further. WORSE INSURANCE COMPANY they just clearly didn't want to give me my No claims bouns. I only had two more months left. The Question i would of liked answered, is if I have proof I was working then why couldn't it be looked into or sent in ???
