Carrot seem good at first. We earned a reward in our first quarter but the telematics device does make mistakes, and we ended up haveing the policy cancelled in a pretty summary fashion for minor infringements. I suspect there are no Carrot customers who have had policies for longer than 6 months.
Avoid like the plague as you wont get insurance elsewhere oce you have had your policy cancelled.
