Seems to be a very common problem and nothing seems to be getting done about it. My black box is just shambolic, I was told that I had no curfew on the box and if I go out after around 10:00PM the useage on my dashboard is -9.36, the estimated miles is terrible as well, I drove to the airport to drop someone off and it's instantly calculated I'm going to be doing that regularly so no matter where I go now my usage rating will drop. Don't even get me started on the customer service, just bunch of puppets and broken records, and that's if you even get through to them. I have been hung up on once or twice because I was questioning what they were saying. They have very poor communication between the box installations and themselves. Was told one thing by the engineer who had to send photos to Carrot, they didn't even try to contact me to tell me what was going on, which was a good thing I rang because my policy had gone into the 7 days of cancellation. Wish I had forked out the extra couple hundred pounds and went with a company with a bit of heart and character. Wouldn't recommend
