My sons policy had to be cancelled as he had modifications on his car. I called and spoke to loretta and i must say she is very understandable and has been very helpful with my queries. Although my sons insurance needed to be cancelled. I muat say the customer service was very high standard. The only downside was the 45 min waiting time each call but having spoken to the same advisor on 2 occassions made it a little easier. I know i should br annoyed at the cancellation fees etc but not all negative came from this. Thank you lotretta for being so helpful.
