A company that listened
This wasn't my insurance it was my sons, after a situation regarding his no claims bonus i can honestly say their online customer service was brilliant.
Companies dealing with 17-25 year olds have to have strict protocols and i appreciate that, i am so grateful on this occasion that a positive outcome was achieved. Thank you Carrot for allowing me to put across the situation from a parents perspective !
