I wanted to cancel my car insurance and my call was handled by Heather Griffiths, she was very helpful, kind and polite. She took me through a straightforward process and took interest in myself which I really appreciate, it wasn't just another phone call, so really pleased overall with the service I was provided, there should be more people like Heather when it comes to calling big companies!
